Some of us didn't like olives when we were kids, so Grandma would make this with chopped fresh mushrooms instead of the olives.

  • 3 slices boiled ham
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese

Cookin' xpress!

Cook this meat loaf in the microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, then on MEDIUM for 16 minutes or until the interior of meat loaf reaches 135 degrees. Reduce the power to MEDIUM-LOW and microwave for 4 minutes longer.

Cheddar-Baked Tomatoes

The most economical way to purchase Cheddar cheese is in large block form. Simply shred it in the food processor, then package it in one-cup measures in freezer bags and freeze for up to 2 months.
