Baked Cheese Tortellini

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 2 packages (9 ounces each) cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray four 8-oz. ramekins or custard cups with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook the tortellini in a large saucepan of salted water according to the package directions. Drain.

Meanwhile, combine the bread crumbs, parsley and basil in a small bowl. Mix well. Set aside.

Combine the cooked tortellini and marinara sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Divide the pasta mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Sprinkle about 2 tbsp. bread crumb mixture over each tortellini-filled ramekin. Bake until the tortellini mixture is heated through and the bread crumb mixture is lightly browned, 15–18 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
