Grandma's Secret Trick

Grandma's Secret Trick

Grandma made this quick skillet supper so often that she soon developed some variations. Here's one we loved: She added 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms with the tomatoes and cooked as directed. Then she removed the mixture from the heat and stirred in 1 cup sour cream. She tossed the mixture with the pasta and basil as directed, but omitted the Parmesan.
