Peanut Butter Kisses

Ingredients
Serves 42
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 42 milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix the condensed milk and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the baking mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape the dough into 11/4-inch balls

Place the sugar in a small bowl. Roll the dough balls in sugar to coat. Arrange on baking sheets at least 2 inches apart. Gently flatten the dough balls. Bake until bottoms are just golden, about 12 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a chocolate into the center of each. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
