Super Candy Cookies

6-8 minutes“Everyone’s favorite cookie…all in one! This irresistible cookie boasts oats, peanut butter, nuts and two kinds of chocolate candy.”
Ingredients
- 11/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 11/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/3 cups peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate candies
- 1/2 cup chopped mini chocolate peanut butter cup candies
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine the oats, flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Place the peanut butter, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set on medium speed until blended, about 1 minute.

Reduce speed to low. Beat in the flour mixture until just blended, about 1 minute. Stir in the candies and peanuts.

Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until the edges are lightly browned, 6–8 minutes. Cool for 1 minute on the baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Serve.
