Favorite Coleslaw

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey-flavored Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
Directions

Place the mayonnaise, pineapple juice, mustard and celery salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix together using a wire whisk or spoon.

Add the coleslaw mix to the mayonnaise mixture in the bowl.

Toss the coleslaw mix with the mayonnaise mixture to coat. Serve immediately.

For extra pizzazz substitute 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple for the pineapple juice and add 1/4 cup honey roasted sliced almonds just before serving.
