grandma's secret
grandma's secret
Poppy seeds were something of a luxury for Grandma. She only used them occasionally, and she learned that they can develop an off flavor after just a few months. To keep them fresh and tasty, she poured them into a plastic resealable bag and stored them in the freezer. In the freezer, they stayed fresh for more than a year.
