Grandma made a delicious crustless quiche with this biscuit mix. She sauteed 1 onion and mixed it with 1 cup cooked, drained broccoli; 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese; 3 eggs; 1 1/2 cups milk and 3/4 cup biscuit mix. She poured the egg mixture into a pie plate and baked it at 350F for 45 minutes.
