Satisfying one-dish meals are always a hit. Chicken, broccoli and noodles are combined in a rich,cheesy sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 6 

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 can (103/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded American and Cheddar cheese blend
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 cooked chicken breasts (about 5 oz. each)
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. sliced pimiento or sliced roasted red pepper

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain.

    Meanwhile, cut the chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.

    Spray a 21/2- to 3-quart round casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the soup, milk, cheese blend, salt and pepper to the prepared dish. Stir until combined and smooth.

    Stir in the chicken, broccoli, pimiento and egg noodles until the chicken mixture is coated with sauce.

    Bake until bubbly and heated through, 30–40 minutes.
