Beefy Green Bean Bake

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 3 oz. medium egg noodles (about 2 cups)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
- 1 can (103/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drainand set aside.

Meanwhile, cook the beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and crumbly and the onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Drain the fat from the skillet.

Stir in the soup, beans, sour cream, milk, pimiento, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in the cooked noodles.

Spoon the mixture into an ungreased 21/2-quart baking dish. Combine the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Toss to coat. Sprinkle over the noodle mixture. Bake until heated through and golden brown, 30–35 minutes. Serve.
