S’more Tartlets

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup chopped semisweet chocolate (about 6 oz.)
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plus 18 miniature marshmallows, divided
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package (4 oz.) mini graham cracker crusts (6 crusts)
  • 2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

    Heat the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until almost melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the vanilla. Stir until completelymelted. Stir in 1 cup marshmallows. Coolfor 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, place the cream in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set on medium speeduntil stiff peaks form,2–3 minutes. Gently foldthe chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.

    Spoon the filling into the crusts. Refrigerate untilset, about 2 hours. Topeach with 3 marshmallows and 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs. Serve.
