Caesar Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups cubed potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 10 minutes. Add flour; cook, stirring, until well blended.

Add milk to skillet; stir well. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly, until milk mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

Add Parmesan, potatoes, mustard, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to skillet; mix well.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
