Grandma's Secret Tip
Grandma's Secret Tip
For a chewier crust, Grandma sometimes layered the ingredients on the unbaked pizza dough. She baked it until the edges of the crust were brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. The crust stayed moist under the toppings.
