Sirloin And Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 2- x 1/4-inch strips
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 6 oz.)
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (about1/2 medium)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
- 1 can (151/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steak. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer the steak to a platter. Drain the fat from the skillet.

Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Stir in the mushrooms, bell pepper and onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.

Return the steak to the skillet. Stir in the corn, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately.
