Ham and Pasta Salad

noneIf you do not grow chives or if they are too expensive in the market, you can use the top of a green onion instead. Chop finely or snip with kitchen scissors. This will spare you the cost of fresh chives.
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 8 ounces pasta shells, cooked, drained
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt or fat-free sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

Combine pasta, ham, bell pepper, celery, radishes and green onions in a large bowl.

Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, garlic, chives, tarragon vinegar and salt in a blender. Process until well blended.

Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently to combine. Chill until serving time.

Spoon salad onto a serving platter. Serve immediately.
