Crispy Greek Pizza

5 minutesCrescent roll dough, while tasty and easy to use, is often more expensive than prepared pizza dough. Look for pizza dough in the refrigerator case or frozen food section of the supermarket.
Ingredients
Serves 6
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 (8-ounce) can plus 1 (4-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup kalamata or black olives, pitted, chopped
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine onion, bell pepper and salad dressing in a medium bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, press dough into a 16-inch pizza pan, pinching perforations to seal. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.

Drain onion and bell pepper. Arrange over baked pizza crust.

Spread olives evenly over top. Crumble feta over olives. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting.
