Turn any leftover salmon into a quick exotic feast. Combine 1 cup flaked salmon, 2 cups cooked rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sautéed onion and 2 teaspoons curry powder in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F until heated through, about 15 minutes.
