Crescent Beef Bites
Prep time:
20 minutesCooking time:
15 minutes“Instead of buying prepackaged mushrooms and having leftovers, spend less money and buy loose mushrooms. You will need about 5 ounces whole mushrooms for 1/2 cup of minced mushrooms.”
Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup minced fresh mushrooms
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8-count) packages crescent rolls
Directions
1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain. Add onion flakes and garlic salt.
2

Add mushrooms and cream cheese to beef mixture; mix well. Separate crescent rolls into 8 rectangles. Spoon some beef mixture over each piece of dough. Roll to enclose filling.
3

Press ends of rolls to seal. Place roll-ups on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
4

Cut each roll-up into quarters. Serve immediately.
