Buffalo Chicken Dip

Grandma created this dip with leftover cooked chicken, blue cheese and spicy hot sauce. She didn't even have to go to the store!

Grandma created this dip with leftover cooked chicken, blue cheese and spicy hot sauce. She didn't even have to go to the store!

Ingredients

Serves 6 

  • 12 ounces chopped, cooked chicken (about 2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the chicken and buffalo wing sauce in a 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat until heated through, 2–3 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and dressing. Cook, stirring, until blended. Stir in1/2 cup Cheddar.

    Spoon the mixture into a1-quart baking dish. Bakefor 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, 5–10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
