- 5 1/2 teaspoons barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 hot dogs
- 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds, optional
- Additional barbecue sauce, optional
Directions
1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Grandma's Secret Tip
Grandma's Secret Tip
These mini hot dog snacks were a favorite munchie when everyone gathered at Grandma's and Grandpa's to watch the Super Bowl. We'd help Grandma assemble four or five batches of franks in advance, placing them on baking sheets and stacking them in the refrigerator. Because they baked up quickly, Grandma just popped another tray into the oven when the supply was running low. That way she could enjoy the fun too.
