Pink Champagne Punch

None“This super-pretty punch allowed Grandma to break out the bubbly when the grownups had something to celebrate without anybody overdoing it.”
Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 (1.5-liter) bottle champagne, chilled
- 1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
- 1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
Directions

Pour the champagne into a punch bowl. Stir in the ginger ale, lemonade concentrate and raspberries. Ladle into champagne glasses or punch cups and serve immediately.

Grandma's Secret Tip
Grandma know how to maintain Champagne’s fizz: She would stir together all the ingredients except the Champagne, then slowly added the champagne but without stirring. She knew that the more she stirred, the less bubbles.
