Raspberry Iced Tea

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tea bags
- 1 cup (4 ounces) fresh raspberries
- Ice cubes
Directions

Bring 31/2 cups water and the sugar to boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Cover and brew for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the raspberries in a blenderand blend until smooth. Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl. Add the tea to the bowl. Stir to combine. Add more sugar,if needed, to taste.

Add the ice cubes to a large pitcher. Pour in the raspberry tea and stir well. Pour the tea into 4 tall glasses.

Decorative ice cubes add a festive touch to any drink—and they’re easy to make. Just place a small mint leaf, raspberry or short twist of orange peel in each compartment of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze.
