Chocolate Cake Pops

Ingredients

- 1 box (16.5 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 container (16 ounces) dark chocolate fudge frosting
- 32 ounces chocolate melting wafers
- 2 tablespoons candy sprinkles
Directions

Place the chocolate in a medium bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

Freeze finished lollipops in a single layer on a baking sheet until hardened. Place in zip-top bags & store in the freezer for up to a month. Defrost in the refrigerator.

Make faux truffles. Prepare the cake/frosting mix & roll in confectioners' sugar or cocoa powder instead of dipping in chocolate. Serve on paper doilies.
