Grandma's Secret Tip

Grandma's Secret Tip

Sometimes Grandma craved a combination of chocolate and fruit, so she made cherry fudge. Instead of the pecans, she added 2/3 cup well-drained chopped maraschino cherries, making sure they were fairly dry before stirring them into the fudge. If they were too moist, she patted them dry with a paper towel.
