Roasted Pearl Onions

Ingredients

Serves 6 

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 package (16 oz.) frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained
Directions

    Preheat oven to 475°F.Line a rimmed bakingsheet with foil. Combine the oil, vinegar, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepperin a large bowl.

    Add the onions andtoss to coat.

    Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Roast, stirring occasionally, until theonions are tender and beginning to brown,14–17 minutes. Serve.
